What do I do if I am concerned about all my known names being disclosed on my Nationally Co-ordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)?
All names under which you have been known or are currently known by must be listed in your application and will be included on your NCCHC result.
If you are concerned about the disclosure of details relating to your previous known name(s), due to certain circumstances please contact National Crime Check via email to support@nationalcrimecheck.com.au
Please include your Check ID, full name and date of birth so we can locate your application and please give us details of your concern relating to the particular name(s). Please note, we may request further evidence to support your claim for removal of legally known names.
