Uploading my digital drivers licence

Please refer to the following instructions for taking screenshots of your Digital Drivers Licence when conducting an identity verification.

New South Wales

1. Open the Service NSW app, and log in if required.
2. Choose the Wallet option an then your Driver Licence credential (this might also be in favourites).
3. Pull down on the credential to ensure it's been refreshed
4. Take your first screenshot of the top of the credential showing your photo, full name, licence number, and expiry date.
5. Scroll to the very bottom
6. Take your second screenshot of the bottom of the credential, showing your card number
7. Upload these screenshots
8. For additional security, you should remove these screenshots from your device after use
   

Victoria

1. Open the myVicRoads app and log in if required.​
2. Tap on your Digital Driver Licence.

3. Ensure the licence is refreshed by pulling down on the screen.​

4. On the Licence tab, take a screenshot showing your photo, full name, licence number, and expiry date.
   
5. Scroll down and , locate and tap the eye icon to reveal your card number.​
6. Take your second screenshot showing your card number.
   

7. Upload both screenshots.​

8. For added security, delete the screenshots from your device after use.

South Australia

1. Open the mySA GOV app and log in if required.
2. Tap on Licences & Permits, then select your Driver’s Licence.

3. Make sure the licence is refreshed (pull down to update if needed).

4. On the Overview tab, take a screenshot showing your photo, full name and licence number.

5. Switch to the Details tab.

6. Take a screenshot showing your card number and any other required information.

7. Upload both screenshots.

8. For added security, delete the screenshots from your device after use.

Queensland

1. Open the Queensland Digital Licence app and log in if required.
2. Select your Driver Licence credential from the home screen.

3. Pull down on the credential to ensure it's been refreshed.

4. Take your first screenshot of the top of the credential showing your photo, full name, licence number, and expiry date.

5. Scroll to the very bottom.

6. Take your second screenshot of the bottom of the credential, showing your card number.

7. Upload these screenshots.

8. For additional security, you should remove these screenshots from your device after use.
